New to the industry, yes — but with 18 years of experience in sales and the support of a seasoned team, I provide dynamic, rigorous, and reassuring service. Specializing in first-time buyers, I understand how exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — this step can be. My role is to simplify the process, clarify every aspect of the transaction, and empower my clients to make confident decisions. A first home is not simply a property: it is the beginning of a new chapter, and I make sure it starts on solid ground. I also work with buyers at various stages of their journey, whether they are purchasing a family home, an investment property, or embarking on a construction project. Determined and committed, I fully invest myself in delivering solutions tailored to each situation. I also assist military members through the BGRS-SIRVA program. My experience over the past four years in the moving industry has given me a strong understanding of their realities, constraints, and timelines. Bilingual, I am also able to effectively guide English-speaking clients, particularly in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, for both buying and selling. Beyond transactions, I prioritize a human approach built on trust and long-term relationships, remaining present well beyond the handing over of the keys.
